Home is Where the Heart Is

We made it home from Norway a week ago and took some time to wind down.  It was such a fun trip, but vacation can be downright exhausting!  ;)

We missed our dogs while we were away.  We were especially eager to see how much the pups (Red, Grace, and Oskar) had grown and developed during our two week absence, so we turned them loose in the yard and watched them play.

Melvin is the ring leader of this little gang.  Wherever he goes he’s in a hurry, with the pups in hot pursuit.

“Faster, Grace!”

Oskar is a ball of energy and boy have his legs gotten long!  He looks like a deer.

Red is kind of a pokey little puppy, but he’s a stout fella and will grow up to be a powerhouse in the expedition team, no doubt.

Melvin rarely travels without a stick…

…and Oskar wants to be just like him someday.

Grace is a lovely gal.  Check out that curly malamute tail!

Cuties!

It’s nice to be home.  The leaves are just starting to turn color in Oslo, but here autumn is on full blast and it’s beautiful.  We’re starting to get anxious for dog sledding season!

  1. Welcome back!

So happy to see new photos of Melvin, Oskar, Red and Grace! They surely grow up soooo fast. They are truly adorable and cuddly. We’re glad to have friends like you because we also learn so much from what you do.

Great to know that you guys had a safe trip home.
